Jewelry Repair
If you have jewelry you love and it is in need of repair, bring it to us and we will give you a free estimate on what needs to be repaired. We can also give you advice on how to care for your other jewelry to avoid damage and run our complimentary six-point jewelry inspection, as well as a free jewelry cleaning.
J. Anthony Jewelers educates our entire staff in every facet of jewelry. We can help you with any problems you may have and answer any questions. With our on site goldsmith studio we can repair any gold, white gold, silver, or platinum pieces of jewelry. We have the capabilities to fix almost anything, from chains and pendants, to engagement rings, webbing bands, opal jewelry, etc. We have the equipment to repair jewelry that contains stones that cannot receive any heat from standard flame torches, which is quite often how jewelry is soldered. This provides us a unique edge over competing goldsmiths.
Most jewelry repairs will take our goldsmiths about 10 business days to complete. The timeframe is largely dependent on the current workload. We do offer same day services, if possible, at an additional charge.
Watch Repair
Benjamin and Joseph are graduates of the National Horological Institute. Between the two of them they can do all of the quartz repairs, including new batteries, crystals, movements, stems, crown, case and band polishing, tune-ups, and retrofitting. Any mechanical repairs we do job out to mechanical watch repair professionals.
Our store carries J. Anthony Signature Series watches. Our private label watch comes with a 5 year warranty on the Swiss movement and lifetime battery changes. These watches are made and assembled in the USA of both American and Swiss parts. If there are any warranty type repairs to be done to our watches or any other brand, we do send the repair to the respective repair house to do the work.
Remounting and Upgrading

Anthony Jewelers, we can work with you to make your jewelry reflect you and help keep your jewelry on the cutting edge of design and fashion for today. Set the stones in a different setting, add features of two pieces together, or just redo the entire piece. We can reset, remount, resize, upgrade stones, and more. Try your stones in a two-tone ring, upsize your diamond by a half-carat or add side stones, or just restyle that old pin you hardly ever wear anymore. We can even take old pieces of gold jewelry that you would like to melt down to make into something entirely different. We would be glad to talk with you about what you want in your jewelry. You may be surprised in the difference you see with just a little work. You also maybe pleasantly surprised in the reasonable rates of much of the custom work we do.
